1. Scope. This Privacy Policy describes how Green Shoot Capital Corp. (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information through industrialpatterns.com and in connection with the sale and delivery of Industrial Patterns publications.

2. Information We Collect

(a) Information you provide directly: name, email address, organization, billing information, and any other information you submit through forms or communications.

(b) Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps, collected through standard web-server logs and analytics tools.

(c) Information from payment processors: confirmation of payment and limited transaction metadata. Full payment-card information is processed by our payment processor and is not stored by us.

3. How We Use Information. We use personal information to: process and fulfill orders; deliver Materials and customer communications; respond to inquiries; maintain and improve the Site; comply with legal obligations; and protect against fraud and unauthorized access.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We share personal information only with:

(a) Payment processors, hosting providers, email-delivery services, and other vendors necessary to operate the Site and deliver Materials, each under appropriate confidentiality obligations;

(b) Legal and regulatory authorities, where required by law or to protect our legal rights; and

(c) Successors in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Cross-Border Transfers. We are based in Canada. If you are located outside Canada, your personal information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in Canada and potentially other jurisdictions where our vendors operate. By using the Site, you consent to such transfer.

6. Cookies and Tracking. The Site may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality and analytics. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect Site functionality.

7. Retention. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, and reporting obligations.

(b) request correction of inaccurate information;

(c) request deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal and contractual retention obligations;

11. Changes to This Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above will reflect the most recent revision.
