1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using industrialpatterns.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About the Site. The Site is operated by Green Shoot Capital Corp. (“we”, “us”, or “Green Shoot Capital”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Industrial Patterns is the brand under which we publish research, benchmark, and reference materials. Materials are issued under the imprint of Green Shoot Research, an operating division of Green Shoot Capital Corp.

3. Permitted Use. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for personal or internal business research purposes only. All other uses require our prior written consent.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

(a) reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Site or its contents except as expressly permitted;

(b) use any automated means, including robots, spiders, scrapers, or harvesters, to access the Site or extract content;

(c) use the Site or its contents to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine-learning model, large language model, embedding model, or other artificial-intelligence system, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

(d) interfere with the operation of the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or circumvent any access controls; or

(e) use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.

5. Intellectual Property. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, methodologies, visualizations, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the property of Green Shoot Capital Corp. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Third-Party Links. The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Such links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.

7. No Warranty. The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Green Shoot Capital Corp., its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to These Terms. We may amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
