Refund Policy

Industrial Patterns™ editions are published and sold by Green Shoot Capital Corp. (Green Shoot Research imprint), which is the seller of record for all purchases.

Because the editions are digital publications delivered electronically, you may request a refund before your edition has been delivered to you. Once an edition has been delivered, sales are final, except where a documented technical problem prevents access or where a refund is required under applicable consumer law.

To request a refund or report an access issue, contact us at info@greenshoot.ca within fourteen (14) days of your purchase.

This policy does not affect any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer law of your country of purchase.
